Listen to my songs

Some exciting news to share as I continue to create as an indie musician. First off is my collaboration with songwriting partner, Eric Ganeles. We've released a new single called "I Wish You Didn't Have to Go" under the band name SHOT.CLOCK.HOLIDAY - the song evokes the Laurel Canyon sound in a tribute to artists we have lost or will eventually lose. The song is featured under "New Release" below. Hope you check it out!
On other fronts, I continue my active association with the Talent is Timeless organization, created to support songwriters over the age of 50. In this year's annual songwriting contest, out of over 5700 total entries I had a song advance into the final round (Top 20) in the Country genre. My goal was to make it to the semi-final round (Top 50), so I was very pleased to exceed that. On a related note, I am working on recording and releasing a full album of original songs working with a producer and a session band as part of the 50 Over 50 project sponsored by the same organization. I expect 8 brand new songs to be included and a couple of new versions of previously released songs. In the interim, I hope to continue to release new singles that did not make the album cut. Look for the album to be released first quarter of 2027. As always, thank you for listening!

Here is a video of Eric Ganeles and I performing Vintage Love at Ocean Way studios in Nashville the day after it was written. It's kind of fun to compare this to the fully produced version, which you can find among the Spotify tracks.
