Musical Bio
Al Crews is a lifelong musician who, as his son likes to say, pursued a “soul sucking” corporate career for years, but is now returning to his primary passion of creating music. With diverse influences ranging from 60’s through 90’s rock, to jazz, blues, country and Americana, Al’s music tends to defy any single genre categorization and embraces all of these influences.
Blessed to have played and collaborated with some fine musicians in his earlier years, several of whom have toured with big name artists and developed large audiences of their own, Al was inspired to rediscover his creative spark. He hopes that folks will give a listen and find something that resonates or inspires their own creative journey.
